Tickets for public transport

We recommend you to purchase single fare tickets. Although the public transport companies are promoting the use of payment by chip cards, for incidental use of public transport single fare tickets are both cheaper and far more easy to use for reimbursement purposes.

Train tickets can be obtained from vending machines or the ticket counter at the train station (see also directions Schiphol Airport > Utrecht Central Station). Single fare bus tickets (1-2 zones, valid for 45 min., € 2,50/ticket) can be purchased from the bus driver.
