Short biography  

Coline Serres holds a Ph.D. in Economics and Management Sciences from Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management, Université libre de Bruxelles (ULB). Her research interests evolve around social ventures, governance, and commons goods. In particular, Coline has a strong interest for the legal forms dedicated to for-profit social ventures. Her doctoral research focused on the governance of for-profit social enterprises governing commons.
