Eline has a formal background in business management and sustainability. She completed her Bachelor degree in International Business Administration in 2018 and her Master’s degree in Global Business & Sustainability in 2019, both at the Rotterdam School of Management. After completion of her master, she worked as a project manager for an NGO focused on providing sustainability education to children all over the world. Here, she experienced the power of co-creation and bottom-up initiatives, which sparked her interest for citizen collectives. Eline’s research interests include sustainability, governance, co-creation and social entrepreneurship. In her current role, Eline is taking a deep dive into citizen collectives and combines insights from the world of sustainability and business management with citizen science.
