Historical sources
This part of the website focuses on the historical sources that can be found regarding the specified types of institutions for collective action. It contains descriptions of the various sources on these institutions, retrieved in archives, libraries and so forth. Though categorised by type of institution, we have tried to obtain a comparable set of sources that should be common for all types of institutions for collective action, e.g.:
- sources containing names and data of members;
- sources containing regulations;
- sources about financial aspects of the institution;
- sources about the founding and (if applicable) the dissolution of the institution.
We will also pass on some suggestions about scientific research that may be performed, based on the sources available. As mentioned above, the sources are categorised by type of institution for collective action:
