almachtich die heylige maghet ende moeder

Godts Maria Sunt Catharina onse werdige

patronesse ende alle Godts lieve heylige

in eewige suyverhyt te leven ende mijn

oversten nu ter tijt sijnde ende toecomen-

de gehoorsamhyt naer die ordinantie van dit

begijnhoft alsoo help mij Godt ende allen die

hyligen des hemels. Actum et stipulatum den

12 7bris [septembris] 1683.

 I, Jacobina van Heijnissen, pledge to God

 almighty, to the holy Virgin and Mother

 of God Mary, to Saint-Catherine our dignified

 patron saint, and to all saints beloved by God,

 to live in eternal purity and to my

 superiors of this day and days to

 come obedience to the regulation of this

 beguinage. So help me God and all

 saints of heaven. Done and stipulated

 September 12th, 1683.

                                     Which has been testified by

                                     Hendricus Joris, priest

                                     of the Hasselt beguinage.
